SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

This policy applies to product shipments from our online store to European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).
SHIPPING
- The shipping cost for all European Union countries is €50.
- Cash on delivery is not available for international orders.
- All orders are shipped prepaid via our partner courier companies. Final charges are displayed at checkout.
- All products are carefully packaged and always shipped securely, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
DELIVERY TIME
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
- Our company is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or external factors (such as customs procedures, strikes, or extreme weather conditions).
- However, we are always available to assist you in tracking and monitoring your shipment.
RETURNS POLICY
- Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The return cost, in case you wish to exchange the product, is €100 and is fully borne by the customer.
- For product returns with a refund (without an exchange for a different size), the return cost is €50.
- The original shipping cost (€50) is non-refundable, as it covers courier service expenses.
Returned items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unused
- With all original tags and packaging as received
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
- Product exchanges are subject to availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs.
- The customer is fully responsible for:
- Return shipping cost (€100)
- Reshipping cost for the new item (€50)
- The exchange process begins only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Refunds are not provided for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of preference, as long as the product matches the original order.
- Our company provides product measurements (for clothing or bags) before shipment to help ensure correct selection.
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the above conditions.
- In the case of a defective product, the customer must contact us immediately upon delivery or within 1 day, providing photographic evidence.
In such cases, we will proceed with a free replacement or full refund.
